I’m Coach Dave Blais — and welcome to our At-Home Hockey Training Series.

I’m pumped you're here because these quick sessions are designed to help your young athlete build real hockey strength, speed, and confidence — right from home, no equipment needed.

Here’s how to get the most out of it:

  • First — hit play on your training and let your athlete complete the full session. It’s only about 25 minutes, and we keep it simple, effective, and fun.
     

  • Second — aim to do it twice per week. Consistency is what builds better athletes.
     

  • And third — remind your player: effort matters most. Even if they mess up, we want hustle, focus, and a good attitude.

She is a busy kid with a short attention span.  This program has allowed her to put in the work at home and keep track of her training.
