Welcome to Blais Performance Lite 🏒 Great to have you here! This program is your first step toward building speed, strength, and confidence on the ice. Here’s what to do: 1. Start Your Training. Follow the Speed Training session 2 x per week to improve your coordination, speed and power and help you get stronger and faster on the ice! Its short to keep you engaged, grab your stick and a ball and get started! All you need is effort and consistency. 2. Nutrition: Join Coach Dave in the kitchen as he teaches you how to power up your breakfast. 3. Mindset: Learn how to Visualize your game and follow along the guided exercise to picture yourself making plays on the ice and reacting with confidence. This Lite program is a taste of what its like inside the full Youth Online Training Program. Where you'll get access to new in-season and offseason training sessions each month, more nutrition and mindset tips plus goal setting and a monthly tracker to help you take your game to the next level.
