March is here! And for many teams, that means playoffs are either here or right around the corner. How athletes prepare right now matters more than ever. This is when confident competitors separate themselves. Not by doing more. But by staying consistent with the fundamentals, fueling properly, recovering well, training with purpose, and showing up ready to compete every day. Here’s what’s happening inside Blais Performance Online this month 👇 1️⃣ In-Season Training This month includes 2 structured in-season workouts focused on: Speed, Strength & Agility 👉 Goal: Complete 1–2 sessions per week Before school, after school, or on a slower weekend. ✔️ Pregame Warm-Up Session Use this before games or tournaments to get your body warm, your hands sharp, and your focus locked in before puck drop. Preparation off ice = Builds confidence on the ice! 2️⃣ Nutrition – Sleep & Nutrition During busy competition schedules, recovery becomes just as important as training. This month we focus on helping athletes understand: • Why sleep is critical for growth and performance • Why recovery nutrition matters during high game loads • Simple, practical snack ideas to help athletes rebuild muscle and support development These are simple habits that h 3️⃣ Mindset Training – Competing during Playoffs Athletes will learn that: Compete is not something you turn on for big games. Compete is built through daily choices in practice, training, and games. Athletes will learn that their skill doesn’t change in playoffs, but how consistently they compete can. March is not the time to fall behind. It's the time to lock in routines, fuel properly, train with purpose, and build confidence for the most important part of the season.
