February is here! and this is a big month. The regular season is winding down, playoffs are getting closer, and how you prepare right now matters. This is when confident athletes separate themselves. By staying consistent, fueling properly, and showing up the right way every day. Here’s what’s happening inside Blais Performance Online this month 👇 1️⃣ In-Season Training This month includes 2 structured in-season workouts focused on: Speed, Strength & Agility 👉 Goal: Complete 1–2 sessions per week Before school, after school, or on a slower weekend. ✔️ Pregame Warm-Up Session Use this before games or tournaments to get your body warm, your hands sharp, and your focus locked in before puck drop. Preparation off ice = Builds confidence on the ice! 2️⃣ Nutrition – Understanding Macros This month, join Coach Dave as we break down macros: what they are, why they matter, and how much young athletes need. This is important to fuel properly for growth, recovery and game day energy. Simple meal recommendations to help athletes (and parents) make better whole food choices. 3️⃣ Mindset Training – Becoming Your Own Role Model February’s mindset focus is about becoming your own role model.
