May is here! and this is one of the most important times of the year for young athletes. Seasons are ending and you may be getting ready for tryouts or already set for your team next year. This is the beginning of the Off-Season, and this is the perfect time to reset, refocus, and get intentional about what’s next. This is where athletes can either come back stronger and faster next year and seperate themselves or those who don't. Here’s what’s happening inside Blais Performance Online this month 👇 1️⃣ Training: Rebuild the Foundation After a long season, May is not about going all out. It’s about building a foundation the right way. This month, we’re focusing on: • Body control + Mobility + Movement quality + Strength foundation We slow things down so athletes can move better, feel better, and build a strong base before increasing intensity. 👉 Goal: Complete 2 sessions per week (before school, after school — whatever fits your schedule) ✔️ Pre-Game Warm-Up Session Use this before games/ tournaments to • Get your body warm • Get your hands sharp • Lock in your focus Because preparation off the ice = confidence on the ice. 2️⃣ Nutrition Join Coach Blais in the kitchen this month as we make an easy to make a healthy snack to fuel before your training/practice or a game. 3️⃣ Mindset Training – Build Your Future Self This month we’re on visualizing our future self and the player we wish to be. Athletes will learn how to: • Develop a mental reset practice using visualization • Create Powerful Statements On Who They Want to Become • Strengthen their mindset
