However, staying consistent with training, nutrition, and mindset work will help you play your best all season long! Here’s what’s happening inside Blais Performance this month 👇 1️⃣ In-Season Training Your home training sessions this month are designed to keep you strong, balanced, and fast all season long. 👉 Goal: Aim for 1–2 sessions per week. Try one before school, after school, or on a slower weekend. Game-Day Training: Use our game day–focused session in the morning of a game or between tournament games at your hotel to get your legs, hands, and focus ready for puck drop. ✅ Don't forget to Tag us online when you train @blaisperformance 2️⃣ Nutrition Focus – Eating and Supplement Support For Focus & Mood When your kid learns how to fuel right, they play better, and feel better. ✅This month, we’re sharing more on how food affects their attitude and our go-to supplements for mood, focus and recovery. 3️⃣ Mindset Training – Emotional Regulation Our mindset theme for October is emotional regulation.
