Here’s what’s happening inside Blais Performance Online this month 👇 1️⃣ In-Season Training This month includes: 2 structured in-season workouts focused on speed, strength, and agility 👉 Goal: Complete 1–2 sessions per week Before school, after school, or on a slower weekend. ✔️ Pregame Warm-Up Session Use this before games or tournaments to get your body warm, your hands sharp, and your focus locked in before puck drop. Preparation off ice = Builds confidence on the ice! 2️⃣ Nutrition: In the Kitchen with Coach Dave 🌮 This month, join Coach Dave in the kitchen as we make tacos for school lunch! This is an easy, athlete-approved meal that’s perfect for a school lunch or post-practice fuel. 3️⃣ Mindset Training – CONFIDENCE January’s mindset focus is confidence; the kind that comes from preparation and effort.
