June is here, and we're turning up the intensity! This month, we're increasing to 3 training sessions per week with a focus on building strength and developing speed. The work we do now lays the foundation for more power, explosiveness, and confidence heading into next season. Training Focus: ✔ Complete 2-3 training sessions each week ✔ Get outside and work through the Speed Development Program ✔ Stay consistent and trust the process Nutrition Focus: Power Up Your Breakfast This month we're focusing on building better breakfasts to support energy, recovery, focus, and performance. Download the Power Up Your Breakfast worksheet inside the program and work through it as a family. Small improvements in nutrition can make a big difference over time. Mindset Focus: Staying Focused When You Don't Feel Like It You won't always want to workout. Sometimes you'll be tired or have other plans. This Month We're Going To Focus our Visualization on showing up even if you don't feel like it. Because you have goals! And in order to reach them, you have to put in the work!. This month, you'll also hear the story of Cory Conacher and the challenges he overcame on his journey to the NHL and professional hockey in Europe.
